INFORMATION

Each share of this GFV (Groupement Foncier Viticole) entitles you to receive 24 bottles of Champagne each year from an independent winegrower, to choose from two Brut (Carte d’Or and Réserve) or Brut Rosé, all of very high quality.

Average value of the bottles received: €32 each.

Share value: €15,650 (fees included) – it is possible to buy several shares and to resell them.

Tax advantages: inheritance tax or IFI (French Wealth Tax) reduction of three-quarters; fiscal value of the bottles is based on the price of grapes, about €9 per kilo.
